B-200 PERGOLA
LUXURIOUS FEELING

The B-200 pergola is one of the most remarkable products of the BRUSTOR Outdoor Living product family. With its fully automated aluminium lamellas (16 cm), it allows you to control the way sunrays enter the room. The four hidden gutters drain the water unnoticed through the drains hidden in the pillar footing.

Screens that can be built-in to the frame are available with transparent windows, which helps maintain the terrace experience. The electric heater provides pleasant warmth and the separately available LED lighting enhances the mood.
The B-200 pergola can be free standing or mounted on the wall, depending on its design. Standard colours are white and anthracite gray with textured surfaces, yet it is also available in 200 RAL colours. Separately available rain and snow sensors automatically monitor the position of the lamellas. These are useful additions if you aren’t always at home!

16 CM WIDE LAMELLAS

The BRUSTOR B-200 lamella roofs are made of 16 cm wide lamellas. Lamellas rotating 160° around their own axes control the amount of incident sunlight. Closing the lamellas forms a watertight roof. The rain is drained from the roof through the hidden pipe and the drains hidden in the pillar’s footing.

“Outdoor Living” has become a concept when speaking about covering terraces thanks to the effective sun protection, the hidden water drainage and the solutions provided by precision mechanics. When installed properly, Brustor Outdoor Living systems are watertight according to the NBN 306 Belgian standard. FREE STANDING PERGOLA
The Outdoor Living pergola with an aluminium structure can also be built in a free-standing version. This makes it an ideal solution for terraces, inner courtyards, balconies, poolside rest areas and in places exposed to high humidity such as baths, steam baths and outdoor kitchens.

MOUNTED FACADE VERSION
The Outdoor Living pergola is easy to attach to any type of facade. Pergolas can be placed next to each other longitudinally, making it possible to cover larger terraces.

SCREENS BUILT INTO THE FRAME
Screens with zippers (ZIP screens) have a hidden structure that is built into the frame of the terrace roof. The built-in structure has a maximum width of 6 cm. Screens can be ordered with windproof windows or transparent PVC windows. This makes it a popular solution for catering units.

MODULAR SCREENS
Modular screens make your “garden living room” more protected from wind. The screens move vertically and are not integrated into the frame, but rather into the bottom of the frame. Thanks to the zippered outer screens, the pergola can be regularly used in lower temperatures and stronger winds. Separately available transparent PVC windows provide unrestricted views of your garden.

RECESSED WHITE LED LIGHTING IN THE LAMELLAS
Thanks to the white LED lighting recessed into the lamellas, the party can continue in the garden, even after sunset. Powerful LEDs provide enough lighting for a dinner or even for reading in the evening hours. Lighting is controlled by SOMFY control – same as the rotation of the lamellas and the movement of the vertical screens.

RAIN DRAINAGE WITH FOUR GUTTERS
Four interconnected gutters lead the water to the corner pillars. This is a remarkably elegant drainage solution, not only because of the built-in gutters, but also because of the discreet drains in the corner pillars.

RECESSED LED SPOTS IN THE GARDEN
When requested, we can ship the frame with recessed LED SPOT lights.

ELECTRIC HEATER
The powerful (2000 W) electric heater allows the usage of the terrace even on cooler evenings. You can use the remote control to set the heater to the maximum, but it is adjustable to 80% or 66%, if you wish. The design electric heater is available in black and with an anodized finish.

RAIN AND SNOW SENSOR
The discreetly integrated rain and snow sensor protects the terrace and the garden furniture, even when you are away from home. As soon as the first raindrops start falling, the lamellas automatically close. If the outdoor temperature is below 2 degrees Celsius and precipitation falls on the lamellas, the roof opens to prevent snow from accumulating on it.

DOOR PROFILES
You can highlight the entrance of the Outdoor Living terrace with the door profile. Vertical screens (ZIP screens) can be added to the door frame. It is also available with transparent PVC windows.

FURTHER INFORMATION
The fully automated 21 cm wide turning aluminium lamellas have three features that are more favourable than the standard 16 cm wide lamellas. The maximum spread of the pergola is larger. In opened position, the lighting is better as the lamellas allow more light in than a roof that has narrower, densely divided lamellas. In closed position, the ceiling has a more optically balanced appearance. Lamellas are available with white or coloured LED strips, when requested.

B-600 OUTDOOR LIVING

Thanks to its precisely designed structure, B-600 lamellas can be rotated and opened. Both functions work separately, thus providing the perfect shading for your terrace. If the lamellas are contracted, they only cover 13% of the roof’s surface. The S-shaped profile of the lamellas is very stylish and ethereal yet still has a pronounced design.

B-1200 ZIP / THE BUILT-IN SCREEN
BRUSTOR’s new B-1200 ZIP screen can be installed together with several OUTDOOR Living pergola structures. The guide rail is hidden so it takes up no space from the frame’s opening. Thanks to the special ZIP system, the fabric is not pulled out of the guide rail, even in extreme weather conditions. ZIP screens are guaranteed to be windproof, insect repellent and they filter out sunlight.
B-1200 ZIP screens are available in the following colours: with 20 µm anodized surface, RAL 7016 and 9016 or any other RAL colour with structured or other surfaces.

ZIP SCREEN
ZIP screens are vertical, windproof screens. Their special zip lock system perfectly holds the fabric in the side guides under all circumstances. Even winds of Beaufort 6° force tear them out from the frame. ZIP screens are insect-proof and available in a range of different versions.

WIND CLASS
BRUSTOR’s vertical screens belong to the 2^nd wind class, resisting winds of 5° on the Beaufort scale. These windproof outdoor screens are built in a robust casing and their additional parts are so robust that they comply with the highest European standards. (CE 2^nd wind class)

MATERIALS
BRUSTOR’s vertically movable screens are made of high-quality acrylic fabric. It guarantees colour fastness and resistance against water and impurities. Hundreds of different acrylic fabrics are available in the BRUSTOR collection. You can match them with the colour of your house and the garden furniture, allowing you to establish their harmony.

AUTOMATED STRUCTURES
Most BRUSTOR outdoor screens are available with motorized drives. The motor is hidden in the frame. Control is provided by conventional wall-mounted switches, by the SOMFY remote control or by automatic sunlight sensor. The choice is yours.

DIMMING LED STRIPS BUILT INTO THE FRAME IN RGB COLOURS
LED strips in RGB colours recessed into the frame with adjustable brightness allow you to adjust the lights for the occasion in your pergola. It also offers full brightness if you would like to read after sunset or play board games with your friends. You can dim their brightness for a romantic dinner or when friends come over for a party. Optional colours range from green to pink. Fancy, sexy and trendy.
